Buying Runescape membership PIN.

I tried to buy a 1 month RS subscription today, but found out I needed a card linked to it, even though it's verified. I have Paypal balance, so if anyone has a card, then I'd love to buy it. It would have to be me going first, unless you are very trusted, or somehow through a middleman(Ravallo). Thanks!
