Not the worst I've seen
The lens flare isn't working the render seems to be a little unproportional
It's too empty but the small amount of effects that are there aren't bad

Its not so much putting more effects in. Its fitting the effects to the image. For instance the lens flare should be behind the render, and then some soft brushing on a clipping mask of the render to create the light edges on the focal.

I think that you should blend more the render into the smudging...

And its kinda too much empty

add some c4d's as well.
they are pretty damn good for first sigs however. great work!

Way to empty, and the Lens Flare is in the wrong spot, it looks misplaced. Everything else is pretty decent. Test is kind of just "there" make it blend in with the background. Try some C4D's. For your first one it's pretty nice.

You need to work on blending and effects. Not bad for a first though
