    The second one is rad, though the text font is a bit plain. :0 if you try something a bit more mysterious, it may match the ancient feel of the stone.
    As for the first alien one, the foreground alien statues, moon, and the text just aren't blending at all with the background. I think it might look better if you don't clutter too many things in it. :0 The bright glowing star in the middle, the stars shooting in directions, and the smoky mist effect are all great by itself. The space background, would probably look better if it full black. It's kind of blurry compared to the animated parts, so it looks a bit out of place. For the text I suggest coloring it blueish-white or purpleish-white, reason being, much of the overwhelming animations are done with light tinges of color. The main focal point is probably the statues, but with a spinning dynamic lightsource, it makes it the thing that stands out, for all the wrong reasons. Your primary light source is insanely bright, but the statues come off a bit too dull. :0 if you increase the brightness and soften some of the lines, it'll blend better.;3;

    Making it move doesn't necessarily make it good. I don't know what you used to make the 1st, but it looks over sharpened and there is no blending whatsoever.
