Combat Arms NA Rules [Read Before Posting]
The following are only minimum punishments.
Duration may be increased subject to the attending moderator's discretion.


Infraction/1 Day+

• Spam (Post or threads).
  
• Indirect Advertising(Warning/Infraction, if done multiple times 1 day Ban).
  
• Emoticon spam. (Ie. )
  
• Posting in the wrong section(Warning/Infraction, if done multiple times 1 day Ban).

2 Days+

• Trolling anywhere in the CA section.
  
• Not posting the required TWO virus scans for an attachment. (One for .rez Mods)((The ban will only occur if you fail to follow the rule multiple times and ignore the warnings from staff members)).
  
• Not posting the required screenshot of an attachment. (In use) ((The ban will only occur if you fail to follow the rule multiple times and ignore the warnings from staff members)).
  
  
• Flaming of any kind.
  
• Begging (Just because you put "asking" does not mean its not begging.)
  
• Bumping old threads (1 month+, Null for .rez mod releases)
  
• Leeching and claiming the hack is your own. (Details below)

5 Days+

• Disrespecting Staff.**
  
• Posting an outside link, or video containing an outside link.*(Not a link to a trojan, virus, or any other sort of malware)
  
• Nazi, or reported racist/hate comments.

Permanent

• Ban evasion on an alternate account for serious bans.
  
• Inappropriate images/pornography (keep it 13+, void with restrictions in .rez mods)
  
• Posting personal information.
  
• Detouring or Bypassing MPGH Filter.*(If you are purposely advertising)
  
• Advertising of any kind.
  
• Scamming in any way, shape, or form.
  
• Keylogging or otherwise hacking members of the forums.
  
• Posting a virus on the forums
  
• Posting an outside link. (A link to a trojan, virus, or any other sort of malware)
  
• Faking a virus scan.

Additional Rules:

1. As of 11-12-10: Any program or hack may not connect to the internet or auto update via the internet. (As of 4/8/2011Signature scans are permitted)
   
2. As of 1-11-11: When posting a thread, if an MPGH staff member informs you of an error in your thread you have 2 hours to fix the error(s), Otherwise your thread will be removed. (A staff member may delete an improper release thread if they deem necessary)
   
3. If you got an outside link approved by any staff, they must post in the release thread or the approval is not valid, and you may be subject to ban.
   
4. Spamming a hack release thread with "First post!", "waiting for approval!", "Nice hack bro!", or anything of the sort is considered spam, and will be dealt with accordingly. (All posts before the attachment is approved may be consider spam.)
   
5. So called 'hacking teams' are no longer permitted. They cause too many problems. If you want to work with somebody fine, but don't bring your problems with them to staff, and don't discuss it in public forums.
   
6. CA Hack source, and CA .rez modding sections have additional rules that apply only within those sections. See the posted stickies within them.
   
7. As of: May 29, 2011: We will now be enforcing a 'No Warez' Policy. Punishments are subject to the attending moderator.

MPGH, and Combat Arms section staff reserve the right to update or modify these rules without notification*** at any time. It is YOUR responsibilty to stay up-to-date on them.

The owners and staff of MPGH reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content for any reason.

*Unless approved by a staff member.

**If you have a problem with moderation actions by a staff member, contact Liz, Arunforce, Or Dave84311 about it. Contacting the staff member directly CAN be considered harrassment/disrespect if you use rude language towards them.

***In most cases, Notification WILL be provided via sticky thread.

Updated some of the rules, made them into what the staff actually follows. For example, you will get banned for posting no virus scans after repeat offenses. If you mess up once or twice you won't get a 2 day ban just a warning/infraction. Made some rules more specific and added some rules that were known but not already on here. Also pruned the thread of all discussion
