You need to put it in System32, not CA.

ok you downloaded the file from where?

Go to google.com
Download the file from the first one should be like dll files
Extract that to your desktop
Copy the file
Go to windows in your computer
Scroll down to System 32
Then just CRTL+V (Paste)
Try to start the hack
If it says another dll file thing do all the steps above

Or use another injector like the Freedomspace Portal
