    CAV

    Okay, so I decided to open CAV up in Windows Visual Studios.
    Heres what I got:

    CAV/RT_MANIFEST

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
    <assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0">
    <assemblyIdentity version="1.0.0.0"
    processorArchitecture="X86"
    name="CAV.exe"
    type="win32"/>
    <description>CAV</description>
    <!-- Identify the application security requirements. -->
    <trustInfo xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v3">
    <security>
    <requestedPrivileges>
    <requestedExecutionLevel
    level="requireAdministrator"
    uiAccess="false"/>
    </requestedPrivileges>
    </security>
    </trustInfo>
    </assembly>

    We can't predict the future my friend. Most of the hacks don't work right now, so I would say it will not work, but you can always try it.

    What I can suggest you is to delete the CAV file ASAP, the file is useless and believe me, you don't want that in your computer.

    Again, keylogging is illegal, so I don't know, feel free to sue? lol.
    Wouldn't it only apply to the people who have accepted the updated ToS?

    Yes, but anyone who has played has accepted the updated ToS. In the ToS it says they reserve the right to update it and you have to agree in order to continue playing.
    So by playing you are in an ethical mannor accepting the ToS
