Lets say you we're vip haxing on combat arms, and you get IP banned (you cant play on that ip anymore), what this does, is change that ip, so you can get back onto combat arms and pwn the crap out of everybody

Reason: Obama's rule :]
Unsure of whether how they state you are, although as following:
- You will disconnect upon entering the game/logging in your account that you have made after the one that had previously gotten banned
- After you have logged into your new account that you have made after your previous banned account, it will show up an error code
Although, I myself have never seen Nexon induce an IP ban, well only a few times which was drastic measures of a massive abuser. Otherwise, sometimes it would provoke issue with other people around the particular ISP/world due to you don't ALWAYS and will NEVER always have the same static IP all the time. There is always a particular "lease time", and then the DHCP server will lease you a new IP address. Therefore, the next time someone requests a new IP address from the DHCP server, there is a chance they might get a lease of your particular banned IP address and rendering them unable to play the game. Of course, they would research upon the specific error code and would probably figure what the issue is and then, proceed to renewing a new IP address. Although, some people are not that literate and do not have the capable intellectualism to be capable of doing such, but ah well.
