Ok guys this is a completely new bypass i've just found, that disables hackshield and still allows you to play.
I've included a ReadMe for instructions. but heres a copy/paste of it:::

##How to use##
Edit to the readme* make sure you extract first !! (anywhere)
1] Open up Perx (should've been included in the .zip file I made)
2] Browse for AhnLabs.dll
2.5] Browse for your hack (I might release some old patched 'public vip' ones in the thread. If you don't see them in the first post, make sure you view all the comments because I might attach them in a reply)
3] Make sure that the tick box is on 'automatic'
4] Make sure that Engine.exe is typed in as process (The first E in Engine has to be capital)
5] Start Combat Arms.exe
6] The Hackshield box that appears in the middle of your screen should look different at the sides (you'll see what I mean if all goes well)
7] Then a blue box with a green meter should appear when the Hackshield picture goes away. It's called "Hackshield Driver Killer". The meter will fill green.
8] You're good to go! Activate your hacks when they're supposed to be activated.
9] Make sure you thanked and/or +rep'd me in
mpgh. If it didn't work for you, post a reply in the thread or pm me. Make sure you let me know your OS, so it'll be a lot easier for me to help you.
*NOTE: This does not work for Win. 2k users or below. Only Win. XP, Win. Vista, and possible Win. 7. I hope I helped you out

Shit!!! It wont let me upload.. it says upload of file failed.
What should i do guys? The files all ready to go, and its not even max size. its 4. somethin megbyts, and it wont let me upload. should i use outside link then mods upload it for me?
i browse for the file, then hit upload. my firefox browser says 'sending request to
mpgh.net' for like 3 mins then says upload of file failed at top left. and mods/minions plz dont close ill probly get this problem fixed within 24 hours.
it might b my internet ill use a flash drive then a dif computer.
