So like, quick question, does getting blacklisted mean that you have restrictions on what you can do on MPGH? Or is it just a warning for traders that the black listed person is possibly dangerous.

When Blacklisted, you cannot do anymore trading on MPGH, not on alternate accounts either.
If you decide to do so, you'll still be permanently IP banned.
