If a user is reported multiple times, but without enough proof for a ban, they'll be blacklisted.
The Blacklist will be constantly updated.
These members are forbidden to trade at all on MPGH.
Blacklisted members are allowed to give price checks.
They are not allowed in any Marketplace section.
If we find any posts about trading, selling, or buying after they're blacklisted-- it will result in an IP ban from MPGH.
Also, more scammer reports will result in a ban. (If someone fakes a report to get a member banned they'll receive the same punishment)
