So that people can shoot you, and you lag.

Ever play a match and you shoot a guy like 10 times, and only do 28 damage?
Thats because he lagging.

Higher ping = lag.

The higher the ping the more he lags.




Anwser:Download Utorrent, and download a big torrent such as a movie or something. Or a game such as Crysis Warhead.
