    Hmmm. Haven't checked back here in a while. looks like you guys have made progress. Now we can atleast view. The texture files, that means custom skins and everything. Unfortunately I think player attributes don't really make a visual reference. It's all code, but if we could decode player attributes we could basically do whatever we want with out fear of hackdetection.

    This is very good though. Black Angel would you mind posting a tutorial on ur texture viewer. Thanks so much.

    EDIT: I'm an idiot. seems you already have. and BTW I'm the one who first said you could change files in notepad. I did more research on it the past couple weeks and I know I was wrong. Anyway what I really want to alter is the .TXT files. that's where the attributes are stored (aka. how fast you move, weapons recoil, etc.)

    i wanna to change a player model, or textures to somethink looking as chams ;p

    can u help me?

    yeah it's definitely not 'standard' to have the attribute files encrypted. I'm working on that next but that'll most likely take a while. I've started a secondary thread as to not threadjack your original post

    won't let me upload a DTX but you can easily extract one yourself.
    As far as how? not sure what you're asking.. I wrote the code to do it?
    I figured out the basic rez format years ago, and this new version only has some slight changes which are practically irrelevant for extraction purposes.

    i edited the CHAR_M_HEAD and when i go ingame it just shows nothing..
    i extracted the WORLDS.rez file and got a list of maps (using the RezXtract)
    the list included map called rapidstream and warehouse.
    wonder if u could look into this

    maybe finding the value of the map? and playing it ingame

    is this like editing files in battlefield heroes? you people if your new should go get that game and edit around with those files to get a a basic knowledge on wat works to change things and a general basic experience in editing game files.

    and gl with messing with the 44 bytes

    i forgot to mention a while ago someone posted a unencrypted version of player.txt and i think it uses the same encryption or watever to make the file unreadable as the txt files u can extract

    Unless I have a different version or something there is no player.txt in the attributes rez.

    NVM..Found it, its the profile.. that's not THAT interesting to me, but probably right that they're encrypted the same way

    yes battlefield heroes u can make characters throw multiple grenades. instead of 3 they throw 100

    when the rezxtract was made i wonder if some1 could make a rezpacker. im having trouble placing the files together into a .rez file

    Basically, im changing the file replacing the file e.g BEANIE.LTB with a file with the same name but actually a bandana. so if i buy a beanie in game it shud be a bandana
    btw dont need the repacker anymore
