Angry Black Cipher folder constantly being created?

I just updated CA today and I pressed "Start Game" then nothing happens (except the usual HShield load screen) I start up Task Manager and Engine.exe runs and then disappears. I go to the CA folder. There is a BlackCipher folder in there along with these two new-looking weird/suspicious files: Engine_Solda.aks and NexonGuard.aes (The two files are outside of the folder) In the folder are: BlackGate.aes, BlackXchg.aes, BlackXchg.txt, and NexonGuard.txt. This is on Vista x32 HomePrem (I loaded up Flames new pub--The one with the sexy menu--before I started)

This is part of Nexon's "new and improved" security. Nothing to worry about.

If you deleted any of the files, it won't start. Best if you redownload CA

That folder has nothing to do with the hack.
You should try deleting and re-installing Combat Arms.

Black Cip3r is the anti-hack system created by Nexon BEFORE NOOB created Black Cipher hacks. He got the name of his hacks from that folder because he is awesome and that folder in there should remain in there, it is just the anti-hack system by Nexon and has nothing to do with NOOB's Black Cipher.
    Nexon's Black Ciph3r [Anti-Hack System] =/= NOOB's Black Cipher [Hack]
