2. Some Vista computers are unable to start Combat Arms - Investigating
If you are affected by this issue, try rebooting your computer and make sure that you are running Combat Arms as the computer's administrator. Another solution is to manually update your hackshield files. Click here for instructions.
If you are still having issues, please submit a Customer Support Ticket here and include the following information:
I. Operating system
II. CPU (Brand, 32bit, 64bit, etc.)
III. Video Card (Brand, Model)
IV. Exact error message
V. What you have tried (running as admin, manually updated hackshield, changed compatibility settings etc)
VI. Any other information such as Anti-virus/Firewall software installed

In light of these problems, we are also working on a plan to extend or reconfigure Events so that you will not lose the effort you put into them or miss out on the Events.
