NO spread help

ok am new here and i couldn't find my way around on the site so i worked my way here to post

okay so am in desperate need of a no spread hack(ive looked at the ones you have via search on google)(and ive tried to look around but couldn't find anything) so i need a new great no spread hack(i have one allready but it doesn't work properly)(when i have the enemy in my line of fire and i fire the shot hits the enemy but does no damage or the shot "evades" the enemy)

so please can someone make one please
