do i just drag and drop mod in to mw2 folder called mods and is it on pc

Alright nice tool but now i have a problem it says i banned myself? Lol

the program says type "reset" so i did and still doesn't work do you know how to fix this because it really sucks that i can't bann people from my lobby's

Can any one tell me how to fix this pls becausei can't host modded lobby's till i fix this
