Macro program needed

Hello, I am trying to create a simple no-recoil "hack" which simply macros the mouse to move back in the opposite direction of the recoil, effectively putting the crosshair back on the target automatically.

Basically, I made the macro but the problem is any macro program I have doesn't work in any fps game. I know how to make macros and such, but I don't know why that would be. Does anyone know if this is possible or know of a program that can record mouse movement macros for FPS game usage?
