That graphics card won't give you 100FPS maxed, and I don't think it'd give you it at minimum either... and whoever pointed out it's his friends computer, you don't think I didn't know that? Or what?
What resolution is he running
What are the background nVidia settings (Performance, High Performance, Quality, High Quality)
That determines a lot.
CA is on Max Settings.
He tried all resolutions available on the game.
Nvidia settings are Ok, I Tv'd him.

I'm running a single core though, so it may get around 20-30FPS more.
Dude, your computer sucks balls too.
I have a dual core 2.8 GHZ with 4GB RAM
No graphic card, Im using the built in on the motherboard and I get up to 60 FPS
The built in video card of my board is a Nvidia Gforce 8200.
If I format my computer now and I install the game, I will be getting even 110 FPS with no graphic card.
Thats what I want you guys to understand
My friend got a Quad Core i3 4GB Ram DDR3 (mine is ddr2 lol) and with an Nvidia Gt220 he is only getting 30 FPS
