Dear Nexon Amerca,
I, Jakub (James) Navrkal have been a player of your game for almost two years. I spend almost 300 dollars on your game and am a firm Combat Arms player. However, I have to say I am disappointed in your actions toward the community. You're too slow to do anything, you side with people who paid, and you lack any proper support.
I'm writing this letter to show that I as a paying customer for your paychecks, fees, server payments, etc., am not spending anymore money and most likely will stop playing soon. You have failed your many promises and deals along with unreasonable prices for items within the game. You have favored the players that paid for NX and don't even try to fix the hacker issue. You have failed to do your job in so many levels, including but not limited to providing a lag free environment that you promised as well as the security software to protect people from cheaters.
In so many ways, you have failed to keep your end of the contract. Your attempt to create a business model has failed in many levels and the consequences that we, as players, paid horribly. You favor the abusers and cheaters that pay you. You don't look deeper into problems when we demanded more fixed but rather added more contents. You add more weapons when we demanded more security. You give us horrible events when we asked for something fair.
Combat Arms is failing, because of your lack of business, rather than expand the needs that is needed in the first place. You expanded your needs first, which in a company isn't fair and will not make you successful.
In Combat Arms, you stated you had over four million players, well you now have 3,999,999 players.
