The rank hacks are only visual, you can't buy items with that "rank", and the rank only shows ingame. So if you were to go to the lobby, it would show you the original rank of your account. Nothing special, quit the QQ.

look people have gotten banned using this and the gm is only a visual, i dont think its possible to actually get gm or rank hack because its server sided unless u know how to hack into nexon and change the servers
