    Post Tickets regarding account status are auto closed

    Just a little word of advice to anyone who is planning on submitting a ticket regarding their account status or has previously sent one, Nexon has a filter to automatically close any tickets about a player's account being banned or suspended. So don't expect your account to be given back to you.

    With all the excessive amount of ban sweeps and massive amounts of tickets they have been receiving from players who have been banned, Nexon finally decided to give up and screw their players over, legit or not.

    If you're banned, just stop playing and supporting Nexon. They need to realize that their shit needs to stop if they ever hope to improve their community and player base.

    Actually if you give them valid proof that you are legit they go under investigation and may give your account back, some people just the spam the system and they auto-close it, I'm pretty sure they got a team that's online 24/7 checking the tickets.

    That may be true, but as far as I know, two people who I personally know that have been banned had their tickets auto closed yesterday. The same day as lots of other people on Combat Arms' forums. My friends only submitted one ticket, one of them had their ticket as "Work in Progress" for a year, and the other one sent his in 5 months ago. Both of them were banned out of the blue and I know they don't hack.

    Nexon will do that, I know people who have a ticket open for almost a bit over a year and the guy actually forgot about the ticket after almost 6 months of waiting they finally he a reply from them in the email.

    I had a ticket opened from April about getting suspended and demoted. They just closed my ticket. Received,
    Ran Alert: CA - Arbitration.
    Assigned to Queue: System Closed.

    When was it closed? Friday, Saturday, or a different date?

    I doubt that's actually true, besides, I have just recently gotten my COL5 back after 2 months of waiting for a response.
