Hint: Make it short, and to the point. GM's don't like long tickets. Try to say you got hacked, convince them to check IP's, they'll just give you another chance. Worked twice so far.

Shit.. I keylogged a BG and used shitty mpgh hacks on it and then it got banned I sent in a ticket saying it got hacked, but now it's perm banned. And it was fucking platinum. Nexon is being real dicks right now and I don't think they are unbanning people anymore. If anyone is getting unbanned right now, I wanna see screenshots.
I read the whole thing and it if I was a nexon employee, I would unban you immediately. The problem is that there are employees that just sit there to get paid; they see that long thing, they might just send you that automated message......
