    CA+Gmod

    Is anybody aware if you can import character models, weapons and maps into GMOD? I just got gmod and want to screw around with things.

    CA runs off of the Lithtech engine, and Gmod Valve's Source. Direct import is impossible, but you could probably succeed using Blender.

    you are 150% incorrect.

    when i used to custom model mod, i had plugins for 3ds Max 7 that let me export/import Source Engine models, and i could import/export Lithtech Engine models.

    all i'd have to do is import the character LTA, and export it as SMD, then convert it to MDL and convert the texture to vmt and vtf. Would take a total of maybe 15 minutes tops!

    maps are the only thing we can't import

    I said direct import. Of course we can just convert the model files. I was saying literally plucking the files and switching like you can with other games that run off of the Lithtech engine.
