I have another tip for you if you want to mostly unknowingly train without actually thinking about it.
Switch your games to that language, use subtitles, read and listen.
I am self-taught when it comes to English, I know it's by no means perfect, but I learned it as a child by watching TV, playing video games and listening to music. Music + Lyrics
Movies/TV + Subtitles.
Games + General Dialogue Subtitles.
Which is also why I recommended duolingo, because it makes it repetitive without being boring and turns it into a game.
Already have games in English + subs. At childhood I had everything in english, such as Windows and a lot of programs, games.
