You have to actually call amazon for this and tell them that you are not sure what happened, but amazon or your shipping carrier tried claiming that you refused it when you still want the package. Make sure you let them know that you still want that order, then they should do a replacement for you since it is being sent back to amazon anyway.
If you still want the order, explain to them that you want it ASAP since someone lied about you refusing the package. They should then hopefully reship it. Sometimes they don't reship it, and you have to reorder it.
