    @AaronGamez if you want to cut, start meal prepping for yourself and limit yourself to a limited amount of calories. when you're weightlifting, do light weight when cutting so you can tone as you cut. if you need more help or advice, feel free to add me on skype.

    For me I cycle lift heavy as fuck 6 reps 4 sets, than 2 months later do bodybuilding style do 12 10 8 6

    I don't have money for personal trainer. And Powerade is just as shit as Soda. I don't drink anything but water/milk.
