    Soy sauce

    Helped a guy move out today and he gave me some household/cooking stuff he didn't want to drive 1.3k miles with (he was getting out of the Air Force). One of these things was an unopened bottle of soy sauce.

    Looking at the soy sauce, it has 10 calories and 2g of protein per tablespoon. So, 6oz has 120 calories and 24g of protein. This is better than most protein shakes.


    Soy sauce = best protein shake.

    Bruh fuck soy sauce, go with MRE, like one package is enough calories for the day, but if you eating 3 MRE and do heavy workout you'll get big, Soy sauce doesn't cover the entire food pyramid.

    Yea I know it sucks to eat them but the amount of protein/ calories etc whatever they give makes it worth it if you really want to build that muscle body.
