    300 push up in a month would be 10 push up a day, if you're moderately fit you wouldn't even feel that shit or do you mean 300 per day for 30 days, that'd be 9000 push ups, you wont be able to do that from the get go

    Well, I'm not moderately fit, I'm underweight, I would show a picture of me in front, but I would be hated and said shitty stuff, so I rather not.. 10 push ups a day for month is pretty good.

    300 pushups in a period of 30 days? How is this a challenge? I don't get it. I do 60-65 everyday. In a period of 30 days I'd be doing roughly 1800+ pushups.

    IF you're doing it to try and get bigger, yea you will get a little bigger but then you're constantly doing the same weight so you won't improve if you don't add weight

    Look, I'm underweight as well, 10 push ups shouldn't be a problem. Don't start off with trying to do push ups every day, try finding a program you can start off with to help you build up your core muscles, after that you can start focusing on muscle groups you'd like to enhance

    The only thing I have problem with is the upper body area, because you can literally see my bones from there like its THAT skinny. And my EX has bugged me about "eat" more and bla bla, but I don't have that grave for hunger that I would go and eat like 30kg or more without an issue.

People always think you just need to eat more, which is true, but it's not that easy, but doing push ups wouldn't increase your muscle mass a lot, you need to keep adding weight, for your muscle tissue to keep growing. I'd become a member of a gym if you can, where you can get what you need

    I more like lose calories than gain any like at all, I know how much calories I lose a day, I lose around 186 calories if I like run/bicycle and such.

    Only time is when I eat is when I get something I really like, like when I have money I would go buy a burger, or some other junk food, yes it doesn't gain weight (which it should since I sit behind of my PC all day and rarely move) - but I've started to become more "Eat" like, since I have a job and working makes me semi-hungry, however hungry enough to eat... And even then, when there is some good food, I'll take even 2 bowls of the same food and eat...

    Reason I made this thread is that I feel embarrassed whenever I go to beach and take my shirt off, I look skinny, and I don't like how it is, I have ZERO idea how come my upper chest became like it is now.
