Hi, you most likely have malware. I would reccomend using malwarebytes to scan and remove them. You can slo try removing all reg entries from chrome and reinstalling it or installing a theme and editing it to remove the hyperlinks.

That's up to you. Remember, remove all reg entries or simply edit chrome themes, I can assist you in that.

Uninstall Chrome with Revo Uninstaller or something like that, then re-install it (download it again, don't use the same installer from before). If that doesn't work, try these steps:
    Download and run AdwCleaner
    Download and run RKill
    Download and run Malwarebytes AntiMalware
    Download and run Zemana AntiMalware

Most malware's only strike once, completely remove all regkeys, reinstall chrome. That should be enough or you can just edit chrome themes and remove external hyperlinks. OP would most prefer a simple and fast solution.

Revo Uninstaller scans and removes any registry keys and files left behind after uninstalling a program. I suggested using it for that reason.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that.

Try, as @Cohen suggested, to use Revo Uninstaller to remove all reg keys associated with malware. If that doesn't work than pm me your skype, I can help to edit chrome to displace all external hyperlinks.
