    Atleast you know how to do pushups. So many people I get mad when they can't do a pushup right.

    There are many different push ups that affect different aspects, the ones I did affect your speed and triceps, other ways around affecting other things, maybe sometime you've seen people doing it for other reasons and thought they were being dumb.
    @iSmexyyyyy the art of boxing is what it is, shadowboxing to train my speed and put fatigue in my movement due to the sand and unstable surface. Second video is just an idea my mate had.

    No I didn't mean about what type of pushups, like I know there are different types of pushings like diamond pushups/ regular/ military. I'm talking about the form of the people, like I've seen some people arch their backs or their butts are too high.

    Pretty cool, I am trying to work up to it. I can do 50 (not perfect at all) push up but remember at the start I couldn't do even one. So currently I am doing

    1.) Short burst running back and forth is 1 (30 of those)
    2.) Dumbells 10lb (70 of those)
    3.) Push ups (50 not prefect at all)


    I am going to add pull ups in this in 2-3 days. I really hope I see the abs in a few month @Snake

    Oh yeah, there you have a very good point. I kinda understand them, it makes stuff easier but you're absolutely right here.
    @cuckold cancer if your genetics define you as a non abs person you might never have showing abs. Look at McGregor as an example. Just keep working it, you'll get there. Also depends on how often you train, my schedules go 3 times a day, which allows me to eat literally whatever the fuck I want and I still have my 6 pack. Work until fat cant keep up with your body.

    I do it 4-5 times a week. Also it's hard to tell because none of my family members (past gen) ever worked out.

    Bring it, let's make it happen. @SoftTaco69 It's quite a bit from where I live but the beach training is worth it. Every saturday. @cuckold cancer he has not trained his core enough, fight it by doing plenty of pull ups, dips, things that require your core to work too.     I used to pishups with my ass completely in the air... works your delts more as well as upper chest.... with a nice squeeze in the upper back. Everything has it perks.
