    That is far from depression and/or anxiety thought... I've had anger issues for longest times, but before it was more of a problem than it currently is, I used to break my equipment like TV, mouse and other various useful stuff, which in all honest regretting now.

    Smoking, alcohol and drugs are only temporary solutions. What you honestly need are friends you are more comfortable with, nobody is perfect. I would advice you to be more patient and bear with the people around you. Play sports or interact with them in ways that don't require too much conversation, gaming is also a great way to do so. Be nice to people and they will be nice back. You give respect you take respect.

    I think its the attitude. A good attitude is a big part of beeing nice and dont have much anger and or depression. The best attitude imo is to talk to people with the attitude to be nice to them even if their not that nice to me and if you are nice to someone that is not nice he might get nicer and u might like him. Be self-confident but dont be self centred! To be honest I didnt perfect my attitude either but I have some close, good friends and a girl

    therapy is my best suggestion, unless you can also try to be less toxic and become friends with who can help you not be toxic

    I have happened to think around here that I should drop out of the conversation before it gets headed even further.

    Also doing YouTube while recording gaming videos has been definitely help me to sort myself out and I love doing so, just need 17 subscribers to reach 50, but that time will come... Scared to link my channel, since I fibically remember what happened the last time I did do so
