    A Serious question!

    Okay...

    I have been dealing with something lately, I don't know what to call it a depression, an anxiety or what?

    As I have issues with "anger" and I have a lot of aggressive replies towards another person, I sometimes end up getting banned for that in another forum, I guess being the kind of person I am is really awful and horrible, maybe a reason I don't have friends?

    So, I wanna ask how do you do this and stuff like that, I made this thread to know your opinions, and keep trash talk to yourself.

    Pack a bowl and smoke it. Great for anxiety, depression, pain, etc. Also making friends isn't that hard... I usually just ask people if they want to chill sometime. Just don't be an annoying prick that constantly talks and don't be all awkwardly silent either.

    Its a little vague but dont change who you are. Try to vent things in different ways than being aggressive.

    If you struggle with stress or anxiety i'd recommend taking up a new hobby, try make some friends with it too.

    What is even more funnier, depends how you look at this though, is that the person who I had an argument with told me that my YouTube videos are shit and nobody watches them, I made a video about not receiving enough support from my "friends" and he thought I made it on a serious note...

    But whatever, I'm annoying and really big twat, not to mention - I always find a way to pick a fight, it annoys the fuck out of me as well...

    Oh well, I guess I'm a big prat when it comes to things

    I haven't read anyone else's replies so if anyone else has said this, my apologizes. Don't get on meds, they don't help a good amount of people, they usually just make some people sick. But yes, it's different for everyone else so I'm not gonna just bash on them. Just find something that you're truly interested in and stick your mind to it (Without over stressing yourself and making it worse). Whether that be going outside for an hour a day and just walking or down to just watching funny videos every day in the morning to brighten your mood. Or sometimes you can find one person who will make you feel better just by talking to them. Friend, girlfriend, mom, etc. (Basically anyone you really enjoy time with) Vent out as much as possible that makes you mad and that's a good step to letting a lot of stress or anger off.

    Can agree with that, all my friends that had anexiety no long er have it after smoking.

    To be realistic, I'm not really a smoker, so that would be a undo.

    Well, I made my first and very own YouTube channel art, and I know it sucks, but I gave best of my selection or knowledge.
