There's no legitimate way to stop chargebacks.

After the purchase he can only make a dispute within 150 days after the money is sent to you.

@ @Heaven actually a lot of smart sellers and merchants force buyers to provide picture of ID matching name on Paypal to remove any chance of unauthorized claims, you are getting actual proof the owner of the account sent it, reasons why people on forums like these won't provide it is because of personal information, but if your not going to scam or anything you wouldn't mind providing information.

Kaoruux, I understand what you mean, but since this is a forum which benefits even from personal information, I wouldn't recommend this idea.

Seen few legit sites such as Paxrox or localbitcoins, which force you to provide an ID, but I guess MPGH is different and I am sure anyone can benefit from the ID if he/she knows what he/she is doing with it.

Someone told me that you can avoid being scammed if the buyer uses the 'send to a family member' option.
@xcatalanox Just turn on your VPN/Proxy/Socks5, make an email and make a new PayPal account with fake information as well using the e-mail you just created. Then have the buyer send the money to that new PayPal account. Send that money to your main account and you're good. If he/she chargesback, you'll know and you can get them banned, and you will still have your money.

Make sure they add a note to the payment saying "I have received my digital goods"

Simple. Just ask them to exchange it to BTC. If they don't want to and are against it, chances are they wanted to fuck you over.

You can make the buyer add a note that states "I will be buying virtual goods and I will not ask for a refund or a charge back under any circumstances. I fully understand the consequences of this action and therefore, I trust the seller."

That's what I usually do when I sell my stuff. I've never gotten any charge backs from anyone.

If anyone were to try to take their money back, just show PayPal the note.

If you really WANT to make sure that they added the note (PayPal can just check), you can ask the buyer to screen share it. I have a toaster computer (Spec on my profile) and I know that I can screen share my browser so don't take the bull.

That doesn't work against charge-backs. You can still mark is as unauthorized. Best choice is to launder the money throughout different accounts back to one's main.

I mailed PayPal asking about this situation just now with that "note." I haven't gotten a reply yet, but we will see soon.

Actually if they send it as friend or family the only way to chargeback is unauthorized yet roughly 25% will pass it since it requires legitimate documents.
