Today woke up feeling lazy and shit so i didn't want to go to school.
I told my mum i hurt my leg from MMA training and i put on a pretty good act. She didn't believe me and took me to the physiotherapist and massaged my leg, etc, he said that i had hurt my ligament and should stop for a week. Now i can't do any MMA and i don't even have an injury.
Tell your mom it doesn't hurt anymore and if she say you have to rest. Say i know my body better than anyone else. If she still doesn't let you go to MMA put up a big drama and start to jog in the living room to prove it.
