Alright, so I was looking for cracks somewhere and I ended up getting something wrong. Now, every time I open a folder (folders only), it pops up saying this:
Now, I know I have to shut off the processes of this running in the background before I can go and delete its files and registry values. But god damnit, it's not running as IEAV.exe like it should be. It's running under the explorer process, and if I end that it will shutdown my computer. I've been looking for answers everywhere but to no avail.
I think I have to go in Safe Mode so I can change the file name IEAV to something else, so that when I delete files it doesn't recognize the file. But I can't FIND it, so what am I to do?
Your fucking basment screwing you mother. Now. GTFO OFF MY PROFILE YOU FUC
try a back up from like an importand Install..
When windows does something importand that can effect the pc's hardware/software
it makes a "save game"
If im not mistaken you can "load" on of those and The systems options ( Like bios and configuration ) Are reset to what it was before,
This could beat this spyware/virus/crap whatever it is.
So if i where you, Search it on Microsoft.com.
Try not to get lost.
Well, I made a back up on System Restore just in case. I then went to system 32 and arranged the icons by modified to see what was added most recently. I just started by trying to delete some .dlls to see if it would prevent me from doing so. I found the dll that wouldn't let me delete it (idef.dll). It was a module. So I went in safe mode and deleted it and the problem is fixed.
And whoever said to back up and reinstall is a dumbass.
