    Start out with 1 hour of cardio, either treadmill or jogging out side.

    Weight training, I suggest doing squats, lunges, military presses and super sets.

    If you're unsure of what super sets are just google it.

    Try to eat something with carbs and protein before you go to the gym, or drink a whey shake.
    Also, never work out one muscle group daily. You want to alternate.

    example: do arms one day, chest the next day, shoulders, legs etc, etc.
    When you weight train your muscles actually tear if you over work a muscle group you risk injury and also it will take much longer for you to see mass results. You can do abdominal exercises daily though.
