Firstly, eating less then you need to function is a bad idea, even if you are dieting. Guess what you need to do to lose weight? Exercise. Guess what you need to exercise? Energy. Not eating = no energy = no exercise = no weight loss. Eat more, you will have more energy. Coming from one of people who called you fat, don't worry about your weight. You're too young. You will probably thin out a bit when you're older. If you get to 17-18 and you are still overweight, then start a proper diet. No, I don't mean eating vegetables. I mean balancing your intake with your exercise.
Secondly, these effects are pretty common after taking marijuana, cannabis sativa, salvia and DMT/Acid/Mushrooms. (When was the last time you smoked pot) They might wear off. If not, bad luck. Shouldn't be fucking around with drugs at your age.
To be honest, I know what you are going through. I still get a solid 8-9 hours a night, but it takes me at least 2 hours to fall asleep. I am generally apathetic during the day, I get angry easily and am just bored and cynical of everything. Everything is boring, I am tired, can't concentrate and small things piss me off. Fucking sucks.
Side note: don't listen to people who say masturbating helps you sleep. It doesn't. Masturbating (esp. ejaculating) makes you excited and euphoric. Remember trying to get to sleep on Christmas Eve, because you were so excited. Not easy. If you can afford to, don't fapb4sleep.
