so my little brother is at that age where he wants to work out.
hes 14(turned in January) and hes about 5'5, 115 pounds.
i wouldn't say hes skinny, but not fat either.
he wants to start working out and i was like sure...
but i'm unsure what he should start with first and then on.

if he has no belly rolls, i'd suggest situps. Maybe some squats, lots of cardio.

Eat less/More healthy .
and workout do pushups and shit like that .
Eat less? It depends. You should eat regularly, but before working out, you should eat a small fruit but still stay a little hungry, then chow down after you work out a sweat. I always drink Milk right after I finish working out.
Also, cold bottle of water is great if you're going to the gym.
