Okay so I don't quite know if this wold be considered 'normal' or not but I don't know anybody else who is like me.
So, in deep we go...
For as long as I can remember, I have always had trouble sleeping and I'm extraordinarily tired in a morning. I can never get to sleep before like 1:30AM for some reason because if I do then can be guaranteed that I will wake up sometime around 02:00AM. Because of my job and the fact that I need to stay sharp and think quickly all of the time, this is starting to become increasingly more of a problem for me and I actually don't know what to do...
I don't particularly like going to the doctors beause 75% of the time they tell me what I already know.
I've had this problem for about 12 years I reckon. (I'm almost 20 now)
I have often thought that this could be some form of Insomnia but I am not an expert.
What do any of you guys recommend or think about this?
