# Thread: How long could you live?

1. ## How long could you live?

Okay so here's the scenario. Let's say you are about 25 or so. You have no job, no car, and no house. You come across \$1,000,000. How long would you be able to live? Assuming you don't obtain a job.

Post a rough telling of how you would go about living. i.e

*Pay off a house for 300k
*Pay off a car for 50k
Leaves me 650k
*Max of 5k for food a year

2. 5 Minutes because the \$1m is a trap.

3. Forever

4. House = 400k
Car = ~30k
You now have 570k. You take 370k for a gaming pc
You now have 200k. 100k a year = megusta

5. Until I die because I don't really want expensive stuff like cars, just a whole lotta weed.

6. As long as my heart desired .

7. You could easily buy a decent house for \$100k, and a decent car for \$25k.

Leaves you with \$875k.

With no mortgage, or car notes to pay, your bills couldn't be more then about \$600/mo. That's about \$7.2k/yr which would give you enough money for 121.5 years.

Even if you go up to as much as \$800/mo on bills. That's still \$9.6k/yr, and still leaves you with enough for 91.14 years.

Obviously only a swindler like Toxin could get a decent house for 100k.

Inflation .

10. Move to a country with low cost of living = live like a king = make that shit last.

11. House = \$600K

Car = \$30K

Furniture/White Goods/ Entertainment shit = \$200K

Food/Bills/Internet = \$30K/year

Got \$70K per year for 2 years left over. Pretty good if you ask me. Then you just need a chillaxing job afterwards to pay for food and utilities.

Paradoxical to gain such wealth, and then purposely impoverish yourself to preserve it.

Paying around 300-400 per quarter. Internet is roughly 1k per year. And with my exquisite diet, my food bill will be in excess of \$20K per year.
