If these people you're competing against are trusted sellers on ebay and know what they're doing, undercutting is the best way to get some business and some credit to back up future business.

Well I'll be starting at around 10% cheaper than competitors. If it's worth my time I'll drop prices and see how they react.

Or you could have a local business if you live in a decent town. If you live in the ghetto I would just go with ebay less time outside means less of a chance of getting shot

I suggest not keeping your market soely E-bay though. You might have a rough week or even month on E-bay at some point..
So consider selling locally, maybe using something like Craigslist. I dunno if Ausfags have that or not.
Obviously you know it's gonna take money to make money too..so invest wisely.

Going to be selling on eBay, Craigslist and most likely within the Defence's marketing intranet and of course locally. But eBay and Defence listings will be my first method of sale.

Protip: Don't use multiple colours like other ebay pages. That shit radiates non-professionalism and is just plain annoying. Just format it nicely, provide phone/online support and you should be good Shayne
