To gain weight?
I'm ~118lbs and like 5'11" (Both aren't 100% correct, but it's extremely near those numbers)
I already workout, and eat a lot.
But I have high metabolism, which runs in the family. But I don't want to be so god damn skinny.
uhhh, i guess if you want to bulk up and not get tone, dont do 100% calisthenic work outs. maybe get some weights and have a fair amount of protein in your diet as well. Also, have the 3 basic meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) every day (basic knowledge). uhmm.. well.. i have a friend who got really big (big not fat) by eating curry and rice almost everyday, pressing and doing curls so~ yea. idk man but this is what i think will help (not entirely sure about that curry thing though hehe). O, i also notice most people who do fly stroke (butterfly) in swim a lot have large chest/shoulders so give that a shot sometime.
