Nexon couldn't buy EA.

EA has 5b worth of common stock, makes almost 4b in revenue each year, 5b in assets and more. While Nexon (who makes 1b a year) does have alot higher profit margin, the only way they could do it was through a deal of some sort with EA. But then again, Nexon really isn't anything special, all their games are developed by third parties and managed by them, well they did buy the MS developer after they made it, but that's not the same thing, some could say like EA, but EA has in house development.

EA could easily do the same business model if they could find their balls, with actually better games, and not just buggy korean pieces of crap.

Just my 2 cents.
