    Prometheus

Such an awesome movie dealing not with aliens from the movie but more of a concept of intelligent(engineers) life forms that made humans from their own DNA.
I recommend you watch it if you want i could send you a link of it in HD quality.

This movie was so amazing. Don't feel like giving a full analysis of this right now, so I'm just gonna say Fassbender was great, the scenes were breathe-taking, but some of it was unnecessary.

    Quick summary?

I know it's about aliens that infest on humans...

Or at least that's all I picked up

It's about a group of explorers who discover a star map on Earth, put there by the creators of the human race. They set off to meet them, and discover things aren't what they expected. (I should be a movie description writer)

It's funny how easy it is to make a badass seem like such a wimp when they are at the wrong end of a knife.

The visuals were breathtaking. But me and my cousin agreed that Ridley Scott should stick to producing space horrors because he did a horrible job trying to explain the origin of the xenomorphs, etc.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island in the midst of black seas of infinity and it was not meant that we should voyage far. Some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality that we shall either go mad from the relevation or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age. Theosophists have guessed at the awesome grandeur of the cosmic cycle wherein our world and human race form transient incidents.

it wasn't to explain them it was about the engineers but it did explain how the aliens from the movies were going to be used as weapons

Yes it was. It explained the origin of xenomorphs, who created them, and who created humanity for good measure. Great concept, shitty execution. Great visuals and a few amazing scenes saved that movie, not its confusing story.

Like I said, the concept was promising. But the execution and all the little details were just bad.
