Yeap, All the Easter eggs, all the meme references are meant to make the game that more cheesy and the minecraft Easter Egg was used by permission of Mojang. As for your view on Hammerlock I agree.

the only pony related thing was Butt-Stallion. and that gave jack so much character. personally, i thought the script writting was pretty good.

I never said that. I'm saying I'd like it more if there weren't so many fucking memes 'n shit. Not all the writing is this way.
My God, don't even get me started on the faux-achievement system.

But the gameplay is a tad bland. Not much different, but the differences are pretty nice. I mean, I'm playing it right now. It's an okay game so far.
