Mo fucko, if command prompt is disabled correctly then batches don't work.
My school PCs have no security, no fucking joke. NONE. People come in and boot in linux all the time, plus, command prompt isn't disabled. Task manager is, but you can just use the taskkill command in command prompt. You can even freely browse C, although everything in C:\Program Files\ is reset when you logoff. No firewalls, nuffin. In your case, try using your home PC as a proxy server :O, they could not have blocked that. Plus you can get people to pay to use it.
