They could have been less apathetic to his posts. Maybe say something more like "Sorry we don't cover your area as of now" instead of "Yeah we might think of giving you coverage". Their customer service shows their attitude towards their consumers, you know the ones they should be giving the best experience they can with their product

But as for your arguments that DRM is trying to be developer friendly kinda got shot out of the air when the team who made Witcher stated they wont release their new game on X1 because the country they are based in isnt a supported region (Poland) but announced the ps4 version the same day it was revealed
