I do German Volume Training. 10 sets of 10 reps using five pounds lower than your 15 rep maximum weight. Starts with 60 seconds of rest in between each set. Each week you cut the rest period down by ten seconds. I'm at 20 second rest intervals in between. Every day I'm not lifting I do cardio. 10 minutes of jump rope, 10 minutes of jumping over shit (more fun than running in my personal opinion), and then 200 laps in the pool to cool down.
