    5-10 min Sprint, things I can take?

    I'm trying to run as many laps as I can for 5 minutes. I'm trying to find a bunch of stuff I can consume in order to do more laps by sprinting and never slowing down for the whole thing.

    So far I got a few things:
    Cocaine Energy Drink (1 can) for caffeine for the crazy amount of energy
    Gatorade (1 bottle) for electrolytes (does Gatorade hydrate you? Or will I need water?)
    Creatine for a fast energy source for my muscles.

    Anything else?
    Willing to vouch/review services on my spare time. PM/VM me.

    Carbo load before a big run. Bascially eat lots of foods that are high in Carbs. Such as: Bread, Pasta,Pizza, ETC

    If you need any other tips just ask. I know a whole bunch, and I've been running track for years now.

    Hell yes I'm all ears, but just saying this is a one time thing where I'm just trying to run as many laps in the time frame (hence the cocaine energy).

    If you want to run lots of laps you need to build endurance. Do a lot of hill runs and long distance runs to help build your stamina. Also try to see how many times you can run in 10 minutes (or whatever your time limit is). After that have someone time each lap you run. A fast pace is around 40 secs (I think) per lap. If you can run at a consistant pace you will be able to run more laps in the time frame you have. Plus with the endurance you wont be as tired. Energy drinks help but its mostly your body. If you train it right and practice hard you should be able to do it.

    My friend would usually eat bread and a energy bar before running track. Also, since you're running for only five minutes, you wouldn't need to worry about water as much. Drink water afterwards.

    Might have like 1-2 weeks to train. :/ Also is Optimum Nutrition any good? (For creatine)

    Its protein. Usually used for muscle growth.
    However, for creatine it should be fine.
