I don't see why you'd need a gaming laptop, specifically a gaming one for this case. If you plan on just using it to play games seriously, then you should just get a decent laptop that has overall specs and can run majority games on standard settings. I would see no reason why you would want to play a game on high quality on a LAPTOP.
got a dope ass gaming laptop. 12gb ddr3 ram, 1 tb hd, i7, and a nice nvidia geforce card. it's just expensive, and has bad battery life. but someone like me who's traveling all over the place it's nice to have since i can game in the jungles of guatemala, on the airplane, at my house, at a friends house, can hook it up to any hdmi tv, etc. the portability is nice about a laptop
